yes, eventually the OS gets reinstalled or I switch computers and i don't do backups so every few years they get purged unread for the most part.

I didn't do my exercises and i have no excuse i just got high too much and was lazy 😬

I had alcohol socially but 2x which is a bit much and not in line with my goals.

I was able to eat mostly healthy though, much salad consumed this week and more coming.

Going to do better this week. Get my PT in and eat very healthy and less animal products. And quit the dang weed again.
