Witcher 3. Nearly done with it.
I decided to try Stellaris. The changes post 2.0 are not as complex as I thought. I still miss the wormhole and warp drives though. I also liked picking between laser/bullets/torpedoes. Wish they would bring that back. In this game, I'm a Megacorporation that has almost turned the entire galaxy into it's subsidiary. Only 1 empire remains, they have a few subjects of their own, but it's just a matter of time until they're torn apart and become a subsidiary. After that, all that is left is to destroy Unbidden which should be appearing any time now.
I've been giving Endless Space 2 another try. Did a Horatio win, now I'm doing a Riftborn playthrough. I feel this game is a bit barebones. I want to like it, but after 1 or 2 playthroughs, I feel bored and need to move on. The orchestral music is great though.
I was thinking of trying Stellaris again, haven't touched it in years. The 2.0 update was a deal breaker for me.
I played it at launch. It was buggy. But even without the bugs, it doesn't hold a candle to Witcher 3.
Yeah, but if they wish hard enough maybe it'll come true?
They should do a wargame where they simulate the invasion of the US and the assassination of Biden. The US would lose their minds, half of the Senate would die of a heart attack.
I don't think so. Presidential elections are next year, and risk assets tend to perform well during election times. Besides, if the dollar becomes worthless the last thing you want to hold is fiat.
I know the NCR has plenty of problems, but the one that seems to come up the most is taxes.
Sorry but the West vs East trope is just to much to ignore, if the NCR is the US which it clearly is, then the Legion is either the USSR or China. There's just no other option.
Well I never said House was a good guy, it's just that the NCR is way to benevolent in comparison. I think it's not balanced.
Edit: I remembered that Marcus says, the Legion will fail because "Muh human nature". Ring any bells?
I think this recession will be for Europe only. The US will canibalize part of EU's industry while the rest moves to Asia. Living standards will never recover. Maybe this even becomes a depression. As you can see Germany's PMI is fast approaching major recession levels.
I find all the buthurt libs in the comment section quite funny. The US spent decades in the middle east and all it accomplished was wars, misery and death. China managed to restore diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, two sworn enemies for decades! What more evidence do you need that China is for peace and the US for war?
Face it, the US is a horrible country that has done nothing else other than inflict suffering on anyone that it has ever come across. China is the best hope for humanity, and you better hope they become the de facto world leader. If they colapse by some ungodly reason, then you might as well start searching for ways to leave this planet, because it will become one giant hellhole.
Fitgirl repack seems to work without issues.
The first time I played, I didn't. In Toussaint I mean. The base game is quite easy to get the good ending. This time was a nilfgaardian victory.
