Exactly 3 years ago, it was my first time living away from family.
Tomorrow will be the first day of me working, hopefully what I've work on to is worth it.
Before this German guy from HQ came to the workshop, everyone said that I should be careful, follow the procedure and just not annoy him generally because he's very serious and has scolded people before
But now that I've met him, he seems alright, let me try out tools that I've never had the chance to use before, gave me tips and shortcuts I can take when repairing.
I think he's just serious with the staff and I'm an apprentice, technically I'm learning so I can get away with a lot of things.
Cool guy, a huge old Mercedes nerd too.
Bros, y'all ever feel lonely and want companionship but you don't want to go through the effort? yeah.
Anyways did you know The Eiffel Tower can actually grow taller during the summer? Due to the heat causing the iron structure to expand, the tower can increase in height by up to 15 centimeters during warm weather!
Finally got the chance to talk to my cousin who was diagnosed with cancer. I try not to ask him anything related to cancer but it seems like every topic I ask is affected by cancer. He was so close to finishing his degree but that has to wait, he can't do anything due to cancer fatigue.
It feels like his world has stopped. We were very close when we're younger as we are the same age, everything was a competition even to a lesser degree when we're older.
It's not fair.
My supervisor was out last week, so I have to handle some of his work while he is on his leave. Never got the training to handle customers and I just winged it. Some also left very nice reviews.
Happy noises
