Historia Civilis has a series of videos covering Rome. In the one below, Rome has descended into conflict between political gangs. I am personally expecting something similar to go down in the US within a couple years.

Nobody's Year: CHAOS (57 B.C.E.)

If there is a civil war, I look forward to shitty rulings like Buck vs Bell to be overturned by the good guys. This kind of shit is a black mark on human decency.

Yup. I would have bought Persona 5 Royale and SMT V on day one, if there was no Denuvo. I normally don't open my wallet for $60 games.

Super Robot Wars Y? Not on my radar anymore. Denuvo has cost the companies at least $300+, and I am not a rich dude.

VR80. Semi-automatic 12 gauge, with magazines. If you live in a state like California, you can treat it as something like a split or lever action, which allows you to release the magazines. I figure semi-auto would be needed if combat becomes a thing, especially if drones start delivering pain. Shotguns are one of the more common options for anti-drone defense in Ukraine.

Maybe bathing the IUD in a numbing lubricant, and coating the lady's internals using a gentle wand with the same stuff? Assuming that sort of thing isn't already done.

It isn't mutually exclusive. Plus a holiday dedicated to voting means a day is open for researching a candidate, if needed. Also, psychologically, having the purpose of the holiday explicit means that some people will follow the rules of it. There are many prongs to getting people to vote.

I hope it reaches the finish line. I have many old games in my catalogue, and would like my future games to still exist some 20 years from now.

It is exactly the same power that Trump uses: the willingness to assert yourself. We need more people to not comply, especially in advance.

I think the Universal Ranked Income concept that I outlined elsewhere in the thread would address this. I think most people would find generic goods to be very boring, thus they would be compelled to obtain money to buy something a bit more fancy. This would let us leverage the stuff capitalism is good at, namely the creation and distribution of products. So long as capitalism is never allowed to dictate a person's wellbeing, I think it can be used to optimize society's expenditure on resources.

It is my hope that a judge will deputize America as a whole to arrest Trump's officials if the Marshals refuse to do their duty. Maybe set a $100,000 bounty, dead or alive per head. Musk's can be at least $1,000,000.
