I came back here to see if there were new additions, since I came across the post early on. I also really enjoy funk, with a favorite being Primus, well, anything Les Claypool really (His stuff with Sean Lennon, much more ...trippy rock?, with Claypool Lennon Delirium, still excellent). They are a really heavy lil corner of the funk/rock spectrum though.

I am def going to check out some bubblegum funk now, it sounds like it should be an opposite spectrum sound experience!

I have done the cup and my own bowl with it. I make sure to have my noodles broke in half in my bowl before I pour my water in, then egg. With the cup it gets a little messier because of space but still doable.

Oh yeah! I wonder how early they will start to sell them next year, I'm gonna have to get us one.

Oh, I have listened to Wlcome to Nightvale! I liked the SCP archives too. I will have to check out Beef and Diary Network as soon as I get to a pause point on Box of Oddities. It may have been that GTA radio that had me prepped for podcasts.
