/u/la_tasalana_intissari_mata is correct that they are radomes, but they're not radars in the shape of a dome. They are a protective dome that covers the actual radar antenna array. The antennas tend to be sensitive so these exist primarily to protect against the elements. With the radomes destroyed so severely, I'm certain that the radar antennae inside are destroyed as well.
