I did not say that income tax in the US will lead to communism.

Both posts by Wizard say that income tax of laborers is never justifiable. "no amount of hand waving about how the government needs to take workers at the point of labor will make it true".

I mention Marx talking about progressive income tax, as an example of how income tax is not only justified by Communist Theorists but also beneficial to the working class.

A progressive tax is a tax where wealthier people pay a higher percentage of taxes than poorer people. A regressive tax is a tax where wealthier people pay a lower percentage of taxes than poorer people. Income tax in the US is a progressive tax. Relying on tariffs to fund the government would be a regressive tax. Trump wants to replace a progressive tax with a regressive tax.

A progressive tax is good because it makes it harder for capitalists to accumulate wealth. Trump wants to eliminate income tax because it is a progressive tax and he is a capitalist.

The trickery of Trump in this situtation is not that "he doesn't want to eliminate income tax". The trickery is that he is saying he only wants to eliminate income tax for people earning less than $200k, but in reality, he wants to eliminate all income tax, including for people making over $200k. Then he wants to replace income tax with a new tax (tariffs) which taxes working people at a higher percentage than capitalists.

In my memory, the origin of "Chad" was popularized from the /r9k/ board on 4chan. /r9k/ was a board on 4chan which had mainly one rule which said that no two posts were allowed to have the same text or image. 4channers who posted on the board, referring to themselves a robots, would use the board as like a blog. It soon became a place where socially awkward 4channers would complain about their lives. The characters "Chad" and "Stacy" were made by r9k users to make fun of normal people who they called "normies". The way that people use the term Chad now is to mean a badass guy. It's the same meaning in both, but on r9k, "Chad" was derogatory, but now in culture, it is a positive term.

The first thing to point out is that this unprecedented. It has not happened before. This is the first time that the Teamsters have ever spoken at the RNC in over 100 years.

The problem is not as much that he spoke at the RNC or that he's trying to get labor demands from right wingers. He denounced the left. He said that he denounces "the extremes of both parties", in reference to upsetting the left. (I'm not saying that the left is democrats, I'm interpreting his words from his perspective.)

He tried to make the case that labor unions weren't a political action. He tried to make the case that supporting working people isn't a political action. He tried to make the case that Republicans support labor unions, which is the furthest thing from the truth. He declared that labor action is apolitical, bipartisan. This is a betrayal of the history of the labor movement in America.

He also praised several Republican congressman for supporting labor unions which is a farce and claimed that Republicans were willing to end right-to-work law. They aren't.

Unions endorsing Democrats has historical precedent. It's a bad thing that happens but it is expected. One of the largest labor unions going to the RNC for the first time and trash talking the left while praising the right wing is indicative that the right wing is going to gain massive amounts of political power very soon.

I don't blame the Teamsters. I blame America for blocking the left for over a century and I blame the Democrats for trying to lose intentionally and also for suppressing the left.

The bad part is not that the Teamsters are trying to get concessions from the Republicans. The bad part is that this indicates a massive political shift further towards the right.

The intended purpose of public schooling is to prepare children for a job ie sell their labor to a capitalist. It's not some sort of secret; every public school will tell you this. Public grade school is designed to simulate working at a job. Public school teachers simulate the management of a job.
