Misleading post title. The NSA data may been leaked to Russian government in 2017. The leak is not recent. The video references an event in 2017, where Kaspersky software allegedly helped the Russian government steal NSA data in 2017. As far I know, Kaspersky has denied that this happened.
Throughout the video he also says that he doesn't recommend that people buy or use antivirus software. He says that antivirus software gives system resources and control over your computer to some company that you can't necessarily trust. He says that you can use the built in Windows protection and if you need extra scanning, you can upload the file to a website like virustotal.com .
