None of the deal makes any sense to me. He didn't removed the 10% tariff on UK imports. He just told the UK that they should buy more US cars and US beef, but US beef doesn't meet UK health standards and US cars are too big for UK roads.
US citizens are paying higher taxes on imports from UK and UK citizens are paying lower taxes on imports from the US.

What you wrote doesn't seem up to date. It would seem that JSO went in a different direction.

From what I remember, the ecofash are the villains. The villians has some ecofascist beliefs and are motivated by those beliefs, but I don't think that the show itself accepts ecofascism. To me it was pretty clear that the show was saying ecofascism is bad.
