Try Termux, it's great.
While it doesn't get you sudo, it does get you a package manager and a decent amount of programs.
I use it and rclone to sync my cell phone's photos to a S3 bucket.

Can we not give them ideas? Thanks.
I use Navidrome myself, and I still think it would be nice for people to know a little bit about the software in an update announcement post.
Seems like a very reasonable request, I don't grok the vitriol in your response.
This is the correct answer, IMO.
I loved using XMPP back in the day, but I struggled talking with people who weren't on the same server as me because of spec and client variations.
While Synapse is a resource hog, it (and Element) - to a certain degree - does the job. Can't wait until sync v3 lands in the main server.
The only issue I have is with one friend who insists on deploying his own version of Synapse, but can't figure out coturn and - as a result - we can't voice chat properly.
Goddammit. Two steps forward, one step backward. 😅
Steam goes down for maintenance at this time every week.
Edit: Tuesdays ~3pm PST
It's no one's fault but their own.
Quite a few people were playing solo to be able to work out the heists, on day one - allocating an entire server slot for solo games because of the forced always on multiplayer is ridiculous (and probably contributed to the server problems more than needed).
The other day I slept in an off position and woke up with back pain.
Body, stop. I do not consent to this.
If we settle for XMPP, then we'll be stuck with situations like: "Hey, I sent you XYZ, did you get it?" "Nah, my server doesn't implement that protocol" etc.
Matrix works so well, wish we could just settle on that and be done with it.
Yes, but you can use the federated app and bridge whatsapp into it. It's a good solution :)
Dude, you are a machine.
Mad props to the incredible work you've done and continue to do. It's 2023 and I suddenly don't hate PWAs anymore; literally all thanks to Voyager.
...what a time to be alive.
I mean, it's not technically news - it's by a third-party contributor so it would be dishonest to not label it as "opinion".
But, yeah, it's definitely kind of surreal to read, you're not wrong in finding it bizarre.
Sweet mother of god, yes: my body is ready for another Steam controller.
