yup... "oh isn't it funny how all the people in charge of mattel are white men (hey just like real life!) but also the people in charge of mattel are good actually? anyways lets just leave it there no criticism just vibes"

ah yes i love the barbie movie where one himbo is able to singlehandedly convince an entire matriarchy into giving up power to men. the most libbed up second-wave feminist slop i've ever seen

edit: also what really bugs me about this movie is that it sets up the plot arc of "Stereotype Barbie is malfunctioning because her real-world owner is depressed about capitalism/patriarchy" and does nothing to actually resolve that.

After 5 years as a vegetarian who was willing to eat cheese so I could have a bit more food options when going out with friends, I just now realized I haven't any dairy products for like six or seven months now. Most of the local places we go to have enough decent vegan options so it doesn't feel like I'm only eating impossible burgers. Feels ffn good.

There are multiple tiers of bandwidth I can get exclusively for video sites with my phone plan. non video sites aren’t throttled under any plan, but YouTube, Netflix, etc are depending on what tier you pay for. The people I know who pay for the top plans get access to the offered streaming service with priority bandwidth.

I’m not sure this is universally true. Technically, phone companies violate net neutrality all the time by providing faster “lanes” for or access to certain streaming services (e.g. getting Paramount Plus or Peacock for “free” with your phone plan).

You aren’t going to catch me defending the military industrial complex but tractors aren’t used to kill people en masse

That phrase is not in the constitution tho. It was a line from the DOI at the start of the revolution and isn’t actually binding to the current American federal government.
