Was, wenn vegane ~~F~~Vischstäbchen?
In the beginning of COVID I ran out of tea once and since then I got used to just drink warm water from the tap in most cases. 🚰
I'm vegan for three years and vegetarian for around six years. Some time ago I bought a pack of fake chicken gyros and to me it tasted so close to real chicken that I somehow felt disgusted by it and couldn't eat it. Before, I always liked chicken and also other animal products. But somehow I got not only used to resist the temptation but somehow conditioned myself into completely changing my preferences. I still buy fake grated cheese quite often but in terms of meat alternatives I prefer patties, sausages, falafel and stuff that taste nothing like the original.
So if I compare my personal ranking to yours, my top tier is probably "A" and your "S" in many cases would be just as bad as "F".
Somehow a pretty meta level joke if not only the rabbit but the entire international system of bloodtypes is possibly based on a typ0. 😂
It also works with Amazon FireTV (Stick) or any other Android TV box / stick, just in case you have already one lying around. ;)

Interesting that a jar of sauce to go (13$) is more expensive than a large bowl of spaghetti (11$) with said sauce at the restaurant.
What does a lemming do here on Facebook? Aren't you supposed to jump down some cliffs or so?
Well, as long as the world won't ban yachts and cruiseships entirely, isn't it better to go as green as possible within the given boundaries?
I think the controversy is pretty similar to the debate around electric cars. Sure, from an environmental standpoint the solution should be less and less individual transportation in favor of trains, buses etc.
But before we do not act at all I personally prefer if we at least slightly reduce the footprint of cars, yachts, planes etc. with new technology.
Furthermore, if environmental considerations start to become fashionable among the rich ('my yacht is greener than yours!') it might trigger a real change process.
Is it greenwashing? Sure. Would it be better if yacht manufacturers do not give any shit at all? Absolutely not. I at least prefer them to do the lesser of two evils.
Thanks, I did that now. Didn't realize so far that the entire instance is just about replicating reddit. So for me that should do the trick.
My view is that some savings allow you to take more risky decisions. E.g. if you know, you can survive the next 2 months without your current job, you'll be more confident to apply for a better one elsewhere with less commuting, more remote work, better benefits, more freetime etc.
Satisfaction from consumption to cope for a bad mood is almost never healthy. Being it drugs, binge eating or shopping. It leads to a short term release of dopamine that won't last long and that might be even follwed by regret.
Not saying one should never buy anything except the absolutely necessary. But "I feel bad, so I should buy me a treat" is not the way. Go outside for a walk, spend time with people, do some sports, get into arts, visit a public library... There are many hobbies you can do on a budget that will have a more lasting effect on your mental health. :)
