My cat cares not for PSPSPS, but if you yell "what the fuck are you doing?" he'll run over like you were waving a fresh salmon at him.

Lol, you're getting salty at the people ordering pickup because you're being inconvenienced by the way the store handles it?

Yeah, blame the people, not the corporation. Good little consumer.

Not so hot take: My time is finite, why force myself to see shitty facebook memes, dog pictures, crusty "battlestations", etc.?

At a point the garbage to quality ratio gets too high to do that. Yeah, I'm sure some decent folks get blocked when you block a whole instance, but there's plenty of other people in non shithole instances to more than make up for it. I just use whichever method is most efficient at cleaning up my feed at the time.

They're on the case

Lucien Greaves, the cofounder and spokesperson for The Satanic Temple, says his organization may submit its own application if the decision stands.

“We’ll consider opening an alternative school if the courts uphold a flagrantly self-serving & uneducated, utterly unqualified & ignorant school board’s vote to overturn the constitution,” Greaves tweeted.

Rajan Zed, who is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, said the board should now welcome other religious groups like Buddhists, Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Sikhs, and Bahai’s when they present their applications in the future.

Zed says he has written to the board to apply for a Hindu virtual charter school but has not received a response.

Cities can absolutely pass enforceable gun laws. She brought a firearm into a prohibited place, that's not a right.

And concealed carry should be exactly that. If people can easily see it, that's effectively brandishing (in areas without open carry). That was made abundantly clear at the CC class I attended. Now it's open carry here and doesn't matter.

Some people take the portrait vs. landscape argument way to seriously.

but less attention has been paid to Trump’s decision to visit Palmetto State Armory, as opposed to any other gun store in South Carolina.

Palmetto State Armory is one of the largest online firearms manufacturer/retailer in the nation, much less South Carolina. And they produce all kinds of tacky crap with his name and face on it. So it doesn't surprise me he'd stop there. I'm betting it's more narcissism than a secret coded message.

How blocking instances isn't a feature baffles me.
