Dumb questions: Why do this and how does one consume it? I've had hash and edibles and I've used rolling paper, spoon pipes, and other glassware for bud, but I've never heard of this.

After my wife's started dying I was concerned mine would as well. If hers hadn't crapped out I'd probably still be using mine.

Edit: There's always the possibility that mine would have stopped working at some point, too, had I kept using it. After switching I mainly use it when I sleep now, so there's been much less daily wear and tear. Who knows?

I'll try my best to endure said ducking like the idiot man child that I am.

When I replaced Windows, I had two other disks with NTFS volumes, one of which was full of Steam games, the other with assorted crap. I built this box in 2017. The SSD where Windows was installed is only 256 GB.

I feel this. Depression can be like a comfy blanket.

I find the question as phrased is ambiguous. Are you asking if there are people using Lemmy to express positive emotion in general or to express positivity about Lemmy?

I can comment generally that I do feel like positivity is often in short supply in social media spaces, and when one does encounter it, it may be of the toxic variety.

You seem to be conflating NFTs and digital signatures. Any file can be signed, unrelated to any sort of block chain technology. See PGP and related for more information.

Edit: fixed a typo

Logitech hardware used to be the best. I can't remember what I was called offhand but years ago I had a wireless Logitech mouse that came with a little transceiver/charging cradle. I think I used it for ten years. By the time one of the switches died, I'd completely worn its little rubber feet off. It was fantastic.

Other, later Logitech purchases didn't hold up at all. Went through a couple headsets (the behind the head kind) and they each fell apart in a year or two.

I did go with a G502X for my current mouse simply because I couldn't find anything I liked better, but I have no illusions about how long this one will last.

I really don't miss DB15. Too many times when disconnecting, one of the standoffs would come unscrewed. Then you have to shut down, take the side off of your case, find the stupid nut, then screw the standoffs back in. Only finger tight, though, so it would all happen again the next time. 😆

She really is. She has the radiance of youth and fantastic muscle tone. Long may she lumberjack. 🫡

First time it's happened to me but I'll take your word for it. As of tonight, it's been up for two days and has 14k views. I figured it was either something transient or YT was applying some traffic management during peak demand.

No complaints really but I'd take a native keyword blocker. (No apps for me, thanks.)
