Not what I was looking for, but I did chuckle. Would probably look good on a t-shirt.
I imagined them more like the tiny foetuses of some kind of butterfly/moth-type creature.
Popplers actually look delicious.
Cheers. I've tried kbin and it made no sense to me at all. Just signed up to firefish so I'll see how it goes.
OK so it seems Diaspora* had great potential but sort of dribbled off into a void. Does anyone know of any similar platforms that are good? I'm trying to to find a few decent "social media" things that are better than Facebook, X, etc and it's incredibly hard to find anything worth signing up to.
Well I still don't understand, but now I know why I don't understand. I barely know how to turn a computer on or off, let alone anything technical haha. But I think I kinda get what you're saying. Thanks for explaining.
Yes, that's the one. I prefer their cover of Careless Whisper, personally. That song also has a very strong her-to-me vibe.
Thank you! I used Fruity Loops. The drums were samples - I put every bit of it into piano roll one by one. I don't know the correct term for it...
A lot of people have said a lot of my music sounds like video game music. I used to be so offended, because I thought they meant the cheap and nasty 8-bit stuff. But I've since learnt (I don't play video games) that modern video game music is actually very sophisticated and soundtrack-like.
Thanks!
I was playing the piano bit over and over again, just to warm up my fingers. Then the ticking, and drums, and orchestral strings began swirling in my head. So this was my attempt at capturing that. It turned out much more intense than I meant it to, but I like it.
Yes, I went to a lot of effort to create that effect.
I'm getting the sense that Lemmy really really wants a poop duck. We'll see what happens.
Has Jon Stewart apologised for his publicity stunt involving Ihor Halushka?
