Cheapo Ygly didn't tip 2.79, he tipped 10%, or 2.787. Similarly, the tax isn't exactly 3.08, either. You sometimes get different results if you round to the nearest penny and add or if you add and then round.
That's maybe two cents worth of rounding error. If you add the Subtotal, tip, fee, and tax it comes up to 36.53, not 38.52. Where's the extra 1.99?
