It does really feel like a conclusion. Obviously, with the game not getting updated/abandoned for so long but, man.

Flood defences are when the first minister comes on the TV to say the Senedd isn't going to do anything to prevent this happening again because climate change is gonna keep getting worse and worse.
She defended the flood, what more do you want?
