Where does it specifically mention disabled people? Welfare includes unemployment benefits.

The annual cost of support payments for people with disabilities and health conditions is forecast to soar from £22 billion to £35 billion by 2029 – a 60 per cent increase.
The Chancellor has pledged to stick to Tory plans to cut £3 billion from incapacity benefits by 2028."
It's literally at the top of the article before the break, and DisabledAceSocialist included a bit of this in the body of their post. I generally recommend reading an article before asking questions about it, in case the question you are asking is answered in the article.

Talking about the market as if it was a Lovecraftian entity that must be pleased by sacrifices.
