Lol I've spent a lot of time trying to like trace down the threads of his dialogue because it's so shockingly chaotic
A lot of it feels very "Initial premise, side tangent, hyper focus about something in the side tangent, finish in the general direction of the initial premise"
It's very much a "This man has had all of the human parts of him replaced with money and nobody has ever corrected or interrupted him" vibe

This really is amazing. The only other person who I've seen do it so well is the guy who does the Trump impressions on Saturday Night Live nowadays, or whoever writes for him at least, if he doesn't do it himself.
