they would light you up for picking up the can, actually.
I mean you could've used it as a weapon and the cop who ordered you to pick it up in the first place has a right to defend himself from the order he gave you (like the cops who shoot people who reach for the license they were told to reach for)
plus i was no angel using a metro with no ticket
You can toss the can at the CP, get the defiant achievement, and then just kite the moron around a bit and dodge the beating.
