I love how creepy he makes Vance look in his style. It's the lowest of low hanging fruit for a political cartoonist to make their enemies look ugly, but to keep to the same style with the same expressions as everyone else, but still managing to keep his serial killer stare is just
It's the eyeliner, it really makes him creepy in this style.
