What shutdown? Do you mean the mass infection events that were constantly happening in bars through 2020 and 2021 followed by the liberal capitulation and peeling off of the already rarely followed public health advice?

There was like a couple weeks where some people were forced to work and school remotely and that was horrible, check your privilege sweaty smuglord amerikkka-clap the-democrat

P.S. Preaching to the choir here, but more people should wear masks even though we're more than 5 years in... even if you don't care about others' health, there are other benefits to wearing them hexbear-direct-action

Most countries did try to prevent the plague slightly more than the US did. The "shutdown" was probably more about schools being closed for a few weeks/months and young men getting turned insane by youtube propaganda / anti-woke grifters.
