Trump doesn't need to do anything, US citizenship is automatically revoked when a person becomes an employee or official of another state.
Even so, the person in question needs to submit the paperwork and pay the $2300 fee for loss of citizenship.

I'm confused, what are they gonna do if you don't pay? Deport you to your current country?
They'll just keep expecing you to pay US taxes on your non-US income and assets, but if it comes down to it withhold privileges only afforded to citizens.
