Everyone knows inside every tankie is another tankie and inside that one is another. Like a matryoshka doll.
There's a "western commies are all Soviet plants" or "all communists actually come from the USSR" joke in there somewhere.
It's not real communism if it doesn't come from the gulag region of Russia otherwise its just sparkling public ownership.
You aren't a real tankie unless you've been on a Soviet tank crew!
