Optimistic calling it "middle period" at this point.

Took the Roman empire ages to die after it was already dead.

They didn't have the internet. Or Jets.

It'll happen much faster here.

It may even still be here if not for that rat fuck Ricimer.

It's also awfully optimistic to imply that we're all still going to have internet access afterwards.

The internet will survive the fall of the United States

The meme isn't about the fall of the USA. It's about the fall of capitalism.

Why wouldn't the internet survive the fall of capitalism? It started in universities wanting to share information faster, not for profit.

Because the fall of capitalism is unlikely to be peaceful and attacking core infrastructure like the Internet is a tactic that either side may wish to use in an armed conflict. Not the best reason, maybe, but there it is.

Ummmm.... did you read it? United States. iirc thats the US in USA.

Dont get me wront capitalism and other problems are bigger than america and what not. But this meme is specifically about the USA and cocaine.

Edit: IN not IS

It says "priestly caste called businessmen". Ergo, for that to be a thing of the past, there need to be no more businessmen, not no more USA.
