MODERATORS
Corporations have made "we have heard you" a trigger phrase for me.
I'm still amazed with how much worse WOTC's response was than every other awful corporate response on these fuckin' scumfuck walkbacks.
I still refuse to return to D&D "One" or whatever Cawadoody-like bullshit name they give to their next attempt to monopolize tabletop games.

The "sorry for the confusion" line OP pointed out is definitely my favorite. Gaslighting and apology and damage control all in one.
