The commission's decision to find the Waffen-SS 14th Galicia Division not guilty of collective war crimes was particularly controversial, as the SS had already been determined to have committed war crimes as an organization at earlier war crimes trials. It is thus difficult to determine whether the commission's conclusion that the number of suspected war criminals who either had or were residing in Canada was in fact exaggerated, given how much potential evidence wasn't considered.[9]

I know we can always do better but I work in water and am impressed with how many reserves are building/upgrading water treatment

Wait did I just run defense for Clanada sunny-breakdown

Anyway I'm more concerned with the paltry living conditions we've forced the first Nations to live under, corralling them into the least desirable/fertile rocky and swampy areas

My issue is just that it's not done yet despite it being promised to be completed pre-pandemic iirc. Credit to the former minister of Indigenous relations for trying but the project still isn't done and once the Libs get booted the Tories aren't gonna pick up the slack.

But yeah there's broader injustices facing Indigenous nations.
