If that was true, all the middle and highschoolers that draw dicks and boobs all over their desks would be incredible artists by now.
The purpose of drawing a cartoon dick on your desk isn't titillation, it's to make your friends laugh.
Seeking social approval is very low on the list of ways to get better at drawing.
also you don't need to get good at drawing to do cartoon dicks. In fact if they're too good they would make people uncomfortable
