MODERATORS
If you have a blender it's super easy to make your own from canned chickpeas. Just add a bit of salt, cumin, tahini, and lemon juice, and then any other herbs, spices, or foodstuffs you fancy. I'm a fan of allspice, chilli flakes, and a splash of worcestershire sauce.
Edit: also if you can find Kala chana (black chickpeas) I personally think they make much tastier hummus than regular chickpeas. Might have to look in world foods type places to find them though.
Yeah I've been doing that for a while and its way better than any I've got ten from a store unless its some Mediterranean place. I like caramelized onions and roqsted garlic with everything bagel seasoning
