At least chlorine bleach evaporates. E: Never mind. It leaves behind chloride particles.
The sodium particles also stay behind. Together, we call that table salt. More flavor for your meal!
Disclaimer: Do not substitute bleach for salt in recipes.
It would still be considerably better to buy a product designed for this than to use your cook top as a griddle lol

I am doubtful the culinary skills of the person who thought of this can do much better than cooked all the way through.
