Quick question; if US liberals are so concerned with wining 2024 why don't they try something basic like pushing a dental care bill through the Senate and force republicans to oppose it? (hexbear.net)

Winning an elextion is supposed to be like getting a massage. You're supposed to just relax and enjoy it. If you're trying to push legislation at the same time you're doing it wrong.
