But if Democrats want them to come around, listening to them will be more effective than lecturing them.

Being on MSNBC is very important to people like him. It gives them juicy-primo lib PR so they can get a nice revenue stream from their "Trump is the worst thing ever!" books. Or their "Trump is the worst thing ever!" podcast. Or their "Trump is the worst thing ever!" whatever.
