Fairly certain intent is important for counterfeit currency and the secret service would arrest this guy pretty quickly if this were actually true,
If you aren’t actually aware it is counterfeit you probably get interviewed and let go but they would find this guy in like 12 seconds especially if he is taking photos and bragging about it
