Found this because there's a Westoid translation account that somehow thinks that this is a dunk on China.

I'm not sure I get it?

Is the original interpretation "come back to hometown as a dandelion" meant to be as in spreading in the wind?

And the misinterpretation akin to "pushing up daisies"?
