What happened in 1941 was that millions of Europeans came to the Soviet Union to very calmly and very politely express their disagreements with Stalin’s totalitarian government until he completely and authoritarianly genocided and ethnically cleansed them without the slightest provocation.

Reminder that the funny "communism killed 100 million" number includes the Soviets who died defending the ussr from the nazis and the nazis themselves who died in those attacks
