Naturally they're hooked for life and will never leave or reproduce or bother anyone again. It'll be a full VR system that lets them live in 1952 where white men are in charge and the women are sex appeal.

I propose we build a dome around Texas and make it a conservation area. We then convince them they won the culture war, and they can treat the dome like the firmament to reinforce their Christian values.

Considering the size of Texas, you can also fit replicas of all the states within the dome.
