How likely is it that if Harris regulates the crypto market that the market just collapses? The entire industry is built on nothing but scams. I feel like if you try to bring anything from there into the real world it just turns into sand.

This is also disregarding of course that a lot of people who lost money did so by investing into PoopCoin or whatever like 3 years ago, and I don't really see a way to reimburse those people unless you're just going to give a bailout to crypto investors.
