Its like once or twice a day and they're decently sized. It feels like my body produces twice as much poop. Lowkey feels like wasting nutrients 😭.

Dunno. But my poop just comes out so easily. When I'm in a public toilet, other dudes (I'm assuming carnists)take so long to shit and I can hear them stressing and grunting as they try to squeeze it out.
