And no matter who wins, it's we the people, the voices who condemn genocide and the people of the world who suffer because of our managed 'democracy', yeah we all get to lose again

I feel like calling Jill Stein "the left" is equally disingenuous. But I get your point.

Both ran on the green party ticket and both are on the left. I don't see anything disingenuous about that statement whatsoever.

Sure, but you not seeing it doesn't make it correct. Thus my comment. I am allowing you the space for your perspective, while gently correcting the erroneous part, from mine.
