Socialists/communists, China, also Russia for some reason even though they're capitalists, basically any country not being exploited
Russia has the audacity to not be open to Western corporate profit seeking, they dare to have their own domestic industry and keep the profits for Russian nationals.
So they get called oligarchs, whereas Musk can be the richest man on Earth and in the government and he's not
