No matter what he makes, I will watch it! At this point, he shouldn't care much about how it will be, its more about the information and all these interesting things.

Facebook ads are the cream of the cream, lots of fake ads from fake shops, and facebook won't do anything until its reported.

You have to be really stupid to use wildfires to sell stuff, taking advantage of the situation and peoples feelings. Anyone could fall with the single mom part.

edit: 3 things to always check on website its Address, Phone Number and a google search.

I have been more than 2 years on Lemmy and I have had an amazing experience with everything, but lately I see more and more US politics on all! I also see new communities regarding US politics + newspapers about the US, cross-posting same article in multiple communities and so on.

It's only me who thinks this is too much? Anyone else that have noticed it?

According to a release, the federal Competition Bureau says its investigation found that consumers ended up paying more than was advertised on the DoorDash website and mobile applications due to additional “mandatory fees at checkout.”

The bureau says this practice is commonly known as “drip pricing,” and calls it “deceptive” because the process lacks transparency.

In some cases, the bureau says the additional “fees” may be misclassified to customers as “taxes.”

“Parliament has made it clear that businesses must not engage in drip pricing by advertising unattainable prices and then adding mandatory fees,” commissioner of competition Matthew Boswell said in a statement.

Kaitlyn Braun was sentenced to three years in prison in a Hamilton court room Monday after she faked being pregnant and conned two women into providing her with doula support while she was on house arrest for similar crimes.

Braun had previously pleaded guilty and was sentenced for 21 charges including fraud, indecent acts, false pretences and mischief, after pretending to have experienced pregnancies and stillbirths between June 2022 and February 2023.

After finding someone selling the record I didn't think at all and bought it. Rare record, sold previously once in the past 1 year on eBay, banned from sales on discogs. I was looking for it quite a long time! Happy that I got it.

And here is the song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSYm7XlWPtU

I visited a website like discogs, where it had info records and last price of sold, but I can't find. I think the name was pop-somethin. Anyone have any clue?

Last night I was searching for a specific movie. I went searching for streaming services like Amazon, Mubi and so on, but there was nowhere to be found! Then I searched for a DVD and again I found nothing. Finally, I went through all the pirate sites that I already knew, and typed "Winter in Sokcho 2024". I went on searching for about 30 minutes. A movie would come up, but the movie didn't exist at all.

At that point, I realized that I might be the only person who wanted to watch this movie.

Then I asked myself, how many movies are lost like this? Maybe a copy exists somewhere forgotten, yet nowhere to be found. It was played in cinemas for some time though.

Have you ever come at this point? I will go with the book for now, the only thing that exits.

I'm asking friendly to not post reddit links, this is lemmy and we should ether upload the photo right away or upload it somewhere else and provide a photo.

Simple, no Karma whoring, real people to argue, no bots posting fake stories about something that happened related to the post, and best of all, controlled by users and not corporate people.
