It would be anywhere between 2 and 5.
Either physical or digital. And I have access to a PC (with a bunch of emulators) or mobile phones.
Exactly what everyone else said, regardless of how much troubleshooting they did. Lol
Literally just a 3.5mm headset plugged directly into the mobo. As simple as can be.
I hope I can switch some day, but I doubt a lot of my actually specialized software will work any time soon, even if the audio issues have been fixed (or my computer replaced) so I don't expect to any time soon, unfortunately.
I think it was about a year ago. I have given up since then, but I have yet to find anyone capable of getting my audio to work properly, despite many hours of trying and help from multiple people from the Linux support subreddit. It might have been fixed since then, but I don't have the disk space nor the time to attempt the switch again, and if I can't even get audio to work, then I can't use the OS.
Edit: I believe this is the mobo if you want to look into things yourself. The best I every got was audio that was delayed by about a second. https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350M-HDV/index.asp
Specialized software like my audio drivers?
Its not really about the taste - its about the speed and convenience. If you want good food, you make your own. If you just finished a shift in a back-breaking job, and hate cooking, then its a chance to relax and free up some time.
A) flashy, loud, snippy content that works on people with no attention span or who are easily amused like kids (and annoys everyone else)
And B) clickbait-type, over-the-top content and games that no one else does - the sorts of things that, even if not high-brow, are still interesting. For example, blowing up a Lambrogini appealing to the action-movie lizard-brain, or a giant game of hide and seek appealing to the sort of person who daydreams about how to survive a zombie apocalypse.
Basically, its the peak of broad-appeal, low-brow, high effort/production value media.
Skibidi Toilet is a serious of SFM shorts that became popular with young kids. Think in the same vein as the weird flash videos or early SFM videos that were popular with young kids 10-15 years ago. "Skibidi" doesn't mean anything and is just taken from that.
Tl;dr: The recent 7.6 magnitude earthquake was slightly beyond the rated limits of one plant but the plant wasn't running, and there was no damage done.
Probability. If something has a 50% chance of occuring, that does not mean it will happen every second time, and our brain has a very hard time rationalizing that. For example, we assume its near impossible to flip heads on a coin three times in a row when really, the probability is 12.5% - not that low. Another example would be something with a 95% chance of success - we naturally round up and assume thats basically garenteed success, but theres still a very decent chance of failure, esspecially on repeat attempts. Our brains are just not wired to handle randomness well, which is part of why gambling is so addicting and why games like X-Com have to rig the odds in the players favour to avoid pissing them off.
While its not a big deal, at least for Gmod specifically, they really could use some further moderation. I've seen some pretty reprehensible stuff there. The most recent example that comes to mind is "Burning Ukrainian Soldiers" on the front page (complete with combat footage to compare against and racist description of Ukranians), but that sort of thing is not rare at all.
