I'm no fan of Joe Biden, but don't you think his oldest son dying of brain cancer at age 46 may have had something to do with this? I also read that the type of cancer Joe Biden has is fast moving. It's possible (although hard to believe considering he was lying about trying to get a ceasefire in Gaza) that he didn't know about the cancer when this picture was taken in 2019.
