The tactical reload with the empty magazine still in the gun and with the trigger hand holding the new magazine is just a chef's kiss

I remember that day. It was really cathartic. Because the guy was an reactionary POS, but he didn't manage to kill anyone. So all the memes and jokes, aside from being funny as well, had this vibe of relief to them.

[-] BeamBrain@hexbear.net 54 points 1 week ago

Tried to do a mass shooting and immediately got merked by a rent-a-cop

[-] SpiderFarmer@hexbear.net 27 points 1 week ago

Damn, a cop doing something good? Must've been opposite day.

Remember when that Pinkerton straight up domed a chud during a BLM rally

[-] SpiderFarmer@hexbear.net 19 points 1 week ago

No. That sounds hilarious, though.

In 2020, Matthew Dolloff, an unlicensed security guard contracted through Pinkerton, shot and killed Lee Keltner, a conservative protester, in Denver, Colorado. Dolloff had been contracted by Pinkerton to guard a camera-crew working for 9News. The camera crew had been assigned to cover rival political groups protesting in Denver. Keltner had told a cameraman to stop filming him; Dolloff then approached Keltner. Keltner slapped Dolloff before spraying him with bear spray, and moments later Dolloff shot Keltner. Dolloff was arrested, investigated for first-degree murder, and charged with second-degree murder. The charge was later dropped

I'm mandela'd on this one, I thought he wasn't actively employed as a pinkerton at the time, and that he got killed in a shoot-out at a house with the pigs a day or two later, I'm probably conflating it with another event from around then if anyone knows anything that would fit?

You left out the best part! Keltner ran a custom cowboy hat company named Crossfire LOL.

yeah, you're thinking of this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killings_of_Aaron_Danielson_and_Michael_Reinoehl

On August 29, 2020, Aaron Danielson, an American supporter of the far-right group Patriot Prayer,[1][2] was shot and killed, allegedly by a far-left activist, after participating in a caravan which drove through Portland, Oregon, displaying banners and signs supporting President Donald Trump,[3] and clashing with participants in the local George Floyd protests.[3][4]

On September 3, 2020, Danielson's suspected killer, Michael Reinoehl, an American anti-fascist[3][5] activist[6][7] was shot and killed by a federally led fugitive task force near Lacey, Washington.[8][9]

[-] ClathrateG@hexbear.net 2 points 6 days ago

yeah that's definitely it, thanks

Nah, rent-a-cops (while they personally might aspire to the shittiness of cops) actually face consequences when they murder people in broad daylight...

[-] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 11 points 1 week ago

The guy who shot the chud who later got killed by the police was named like Roenahl or something like that and he was not a Pinkerton, he was a protestor from the Seattle area

[-] tocopherol@hexbear.net 7 points 1 week ago

Michael Reinoehl killed a nazi in Portland, that was a different case than they are referring to. The chud in Denver was shot by a Pinkerton contracted security guard.

[-] godlessworm@hexbear.net 14 points 1 week ago

hey he gave it his all

[-] GnastyGnuts@hexbear.net 40 points 1 week ago

lol Brian Clyde. I actually thought this was longer ago though.

White supremacist failed mass shooting of a federal reserve building, visibly fumbled with his weapon before being promptly shot right in the head by some security guard (a black guy, which I mention in relation to the white supremacy).

He shat and pissed himself really bad when he died too. There were photos of him face down just dookie-splatterd all down the back of his pants.

I'm imagining him doing the Travis Bickle mirror scene before leaving the house that day and snap cut to:

family-guy-death-pose with shidd piss

[-] GnastyGnuts@hexbear.net 17 points 1 week ago

He looked pretty much just like that, yeah. I can't seem to find any pictures, unfortunately.

[-] CredibleBattery@hexbear.net 35 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

the context behind this particular photo is wild, it was taken by a photographer that had been sent to cover a court case that same day

you can see him in this photo, he was hiding behind the pillar while the shooter fired into the door

Here's another photo he took during the shooting

[-] PaulSmackage@hexbear.net 9 points 6 days ago

That second pic is the definition of "skedaddle"

[-] D61@hexbear.net 32 points 1 week ago

A man, identified as Brian Isaack Clyde, opened fire near Earle Cabell Federal Building and Courthouse, before making his way to the glass door of the building and opening fire inside. Three officers from the Federal Protective Service returned fire.[1] Following an exchange of gunfire, in which Clyde was mortally wounded by one or more federal officers, he ran towards the parking lot and fired five more rounds before he collapsed and soiled himself.

dude come on

[-] AernaLingus@hexbear.net 9 points 6 days ago

Which makes this even funnier:

On March 18, 2020, a man pleaded guilty to threatening to assassinate the governor of New Mexico, Michelle Lujan Grisham. He cited Clyde as an inspiration for his desired attack.

Come on, dude, have some self respect!
