Regarding the Egyptian border crossing.

The Israeli occupation destroys the Rafah crossing on the Egyptian and Gaza borders, and all relief trucks return to Egypt as a result of the intensity of the Israeli bombing. “Two Egyptian workers were injured by shrapnel. “The only crossing linking Gaza in the world.”

The Gaza Ministry of Internal Affairs reported attacks on the Rafah checkpoint on the border with Egypt, and also stated that the Egyptian side asked to evacuate people from there. An Egyptian security source told German news agency DPA that the crossing point was closed until further notice.

The Rafah crossing opened in 2005 following the Palestinian-Israeli agreement. This is the only checkpoint between the Gaza Strip and the outside world, besides those on the border with Israel that are not operational.

Since Day 1 of the war, over dozens of Egyptian ambulances, filled with medical aid, doctors, and medics, have went to Gaza to provide emergency medical services to the Palestinian people, the intiative, by all accounts, is humanitarian and oriented towards the civilian population, obviously.

Israel threatening to bomb the trucks carrying nothing more than bandages, blood packets, antibiotics, and doctors, is a through and through war crime and this is taking place in front of the world.

It's important to note that some of these doctors are directly Army doctors from the Medical Corps and the Egyptian Red Crescent, alongside some volunteers, and they're all Egyptian citizens.

Whoever made that statement didn't think twice, they may have had a legal loophole when they bombed the Palestinian side of the crossing and the roads, but targeting the trucks will not do you any good.

The United States does not plan to send troops to Israel, White House spokesman John Kirby said. The first military aid has already been sent.

Liberals are so obsessed with something being "good" or "bad" (meaning things that make them feel good or bad) that they miss the point. They can literally acknowledge how slaves killing their masters is effectively self-inflicted by the masters, and the only reason they don't always immediately turn around and say "but killing is bad" is because it was long ago and they're fully aware of how racist they would sound if they did.

"Terrorism is never good" is childish, because "terrorism" is before anything else an insult pointed at non-white people who defend their rights and tactics that many consider "terrorism" (guerilla tactics, surprise attacks, etc.) can be a means to a good end - in this case halting the settlement of Palestinian land.

Adult settlers who voluntarily live in illegal Israeli settlements have participated in a genocide of the Palestinian people, the same way German settlers during WW2 were participants in the genocide of the people of Eastern European nations, and those who took the property of Jews were direct participants in the Shoah. They're not unaware of what happened to give them that land. Often they personally committed the violence. They were comfortable with this because they believed that the IDF would protect them. It's absolutely ridiculous to see people all around the world, who have stood by and done nothing about this for generations as the Palestinians were repeatedly murdered for attempting peaceful resistance, suddenly start crying "terrorism" when Hamas (a group which would likely not exist and hold power without having been funded by Israel) has inflicted violence on the settlers in turn.

Israel has always been a genocidal force, their goal from minute zero has been to displace as many arabs as they could and if they had die, then they would kill them. And I have always seen people trying to justify their actions by saying "Israel has a right to defend itself" or "If they don't do this, they would get destroyed by the arabs instead". But the level of viciousness that I have seen these days is staggering, something that I haven't seen before, just barely any questioning, outright calling for the massacre of palestinians both in Gaza and also in the West Bank. Israeli politicians and the military going fully mask off, like they don't even try to hide it anymore. Now they fully reveal their intentions, like one Knesset member said "What we want is Nakba", how military commanders are saying "We are fighting animals".

It's pure insanity, not only the shit that's coming from Israel but also the western media and it's vassals going full mask off and fully supporting the idea of genocide. In Argentina we have almost non stop coverage of argentinians zionist colonizers who went to live on stolen land in southern occupied Palestine and are always telling us how frightened they are because they had to live 15 minutes inside a bomb shelter, thus, it is morally acceptable to bomb the living shit out of Gaza. By the way, the "40 beheaded babies" here was NEVER disputed, it is taken as a straight fact by the media.

And then there's the city of Gaza itself, which is by now just target practice for the IDF and it's air force. They just bomb it indiscriminatelly as we can already tell, whatever block they want to erase they will erase it, nobody asks why it just happens. Thousands upon thousands have died and many more will continue to die as we sit idly and just watch. There's something so wicked about the bombing of Gaza, something that I have never seen before... the city is completely defenseless, it can't fight back, once a fighter jet is heard no alarm is sounded, no anti aircraft battery opens fire, nothing happens, it's just a fucking war criminal in his shiny gringo-made F-15 pressing a button and killing two dozen people or more, at will. Gaza is at their complete mercy and the narrative barely is "But Hamas..."

But despite all this, I have full faith that our brothers and sisters in Palestine and in the Arab World will find the strenght to fight back against this genocidal colonial regime, and they will achieve victory. Zionism and colonialism are destined to fail, they cannot sustain themselves for too long. The anti-Zionist and anti-Colonial struggle will never die out as long as there is one colonial subject, the struggle will live on and ultimately victory will be ours.

In many parts of the world religious fundamentalists are the only game in town who actually mount a counterattack against colonialism. That is why, we as Marxists need to have an organized

And militant vanguard party so when the mass uprising comes, we can offer a far better and welcome alternative to religious fundamentalism. Everytime one of these groups get in power - it's on us for not being militant and organized enough to deserve the trust of the people.

Interesting perspective, and certainly is true that many western “marxists” need to do more work in this area. Still, I think there are a ton of reasons why there aren’t stronger marxist parties in these places, one of the biggest being we are the target of reactionary governments around the world, they focus their efforts on destroying us above all else and often also fund the fundamentalists to make it even harder for us, that is probably the biggest thing we still need to solve (i.e. how to deal with overwhelming state repression in the modern age).
