This is probably a dumb question, but I'm always out of the loop: What exactly did this guy (or kid? He looks like he could be in his teens) do to piss everyone off?

He was one of the college-aged kids that Elon Musk brought in to DOGE to gut the american government. It was found out he goes by "Big Balls"
He took all of our personal data and gave it to plantir so they can destroy our democracy and terrorize brown people. He was probably out soliciting underage girls for prostitution when he got knocked out.
The worst thing about this guy getting beaten up was that it had nothing to do with his actions at DOGE. It was just some random muggers.
