When did they change MSNBC to MSNOW? And why?
The name change happened on November 15 2025. MSNBC/MSNOW separated from NBC News and MSNOW is owned by a new company called Versant Media Group. The "MS" original meant Microsoft when the company began in 1996. Now they say the MS means "My Source".
That's funny because now the MS in Microsoft stands for "Massively Shitty."
