Just totally normal rich guy things, to have a fake passport and travel with it to Saudi Arabia
I don’t think most people here realize how hard it is to enter that country pre-2020, and especially in the 80s.
Might just be that things always hit a bit different when they are close to home but for me this is much more interesting than a lot of the other info that’s being shared around.
So I assume Austria is launching an investigation to find who created these documents and charge them with forgery and espionage? Breaking of diplomatic relations with the countries responsible? Pushing the EU to sanction those responsible?
Hello? Austria? You there?
For a nearly fifty year old paper forgery?
If the US found out that a known spy with ties to Chinese and Iranian intelligence had a fake US passport in the 80s I don’t think they’d be like “Eh it was a long time ago who cares”
lol. Saying 'eh fuck it who cares' and facing the fact that paper forgeries fifty years old will yield limited results are two different things.
Austria is a country where all you have to is telling the judge that you don't remember anything to get away with all kinds of shit (as long as you're a right-wing cishet man). The most corrupt party has been in power for almost 4 decades straight and the current interior minister is a fascist. Don't expect anything to get investigated properly
Okay, so apparently there's even more to this story. There's an e-mail exchange from Epstein and Steve Bannon in 2018 about a possible meeting with then-chancellor Sebastian Kurz, who is also from the ÖVP and now works for Peter Thiel after resigning from his position due to corruption investigations.
There's also now info that Epstein went to Vienna in 2019. Not sure how he managed to do that, considering that Austrian passports are only valid for 10 years. So either someone helped him or there are more passports around.
In any case, there is absolutely no way that they will allow any proper investigation.

Epstein Files: Photo of Austrian Passport Found

"No Records" of Entry or Exit
In a parliamentary inquiry response in March 2022, Interior Minister Gerhard Karner (ÖVP) wrote that investigations had not yet been able to confirm the existence of the Austrian passport in question. Therefore, there was no information available regarding who issued it and under what circumstances.
A spokesperson for the Interior Ministry told the APA news agency that there were "no records" of Epstein entering or leaving the country with the passport. Furthermore, the stamps in the passport date back to the 1980s, before the Schengen Area existed.

Files released Friday by the US Department of Justice in connection with the late Jeffrey Epstein include photos of an Austrian passport that expired in 1987 and was found in 2019 by FBI agents in a safe at Epstein's townhouse in New York. The Wall Street Journal reported this yesterday.
The photographed passport contains a photo of Epstein but is issued in the name of Marius Fortelni. Saudi Arabia is listed as the place of residence.

Issued in 1982
The Austrian newspaper "Der Standard" had previously reported on the discovery of a "forged" Austrian passport. It raises many questions, the newspaper wrote. The passport states that it was issued on May 21, 1982, at the Federal Police Directorate in Vienna. The photo of Epstein was not authenticated with a stamp.
The passport contains several entry and exit stamps, including French and Saudi Arabian ones. Epstein's lawyers argued in 2019 that the financier had received the passport from a friend, allegedly to protect himself from kidnapping when traveling to the Middle East. They claimed Epstein never used it.

New Turmoil
Recently, the Epstein case has also sparked new controversy in the US. President Donald Trump defended individuals whose photos appeared in the newly released files, including former Democratic US President Bill Clinton, whom he had previously attacked. Clinton's spokesperson, however, demanded that all photos of Clinton be released. Meanwhile, according to US media, documents in the Epstein case were released and then quickly deleted.
"manager" has got to be the least compelling fake job title imaginable lol
It’s so uninteresting so as to be overlooked
The Ford Prefect of job titles
Gotta go with “director of operations” or something like that
This dude was such an obvious spy, even worse than Jan Marzalec.
Is it not already a 100% confirmed fact that he was working for Mossad?
fun fact ghislaine maxwell's dad worked for mossad, at least until he was found floating in the Atlantic
Idk, but he seemed to be too well plugged in to have been only a rich guy or a provider of abused children to ghouls.
Given it’s said he resides in Saudi Arabia I feel this must be connected to his arms dealing with Adnan Khashoggi.
Theres a whole safari club / bcci angle to this story; Robert Maxwell, Epstein, Trump, Kashoggi etc are all related. This is the real conspiracy thats being covered up imo, much more impactful and interesting than who is on the client list or whatever. That's the piece imo that the government is trying desperately to cover up.
The amount of money this guy was able to get a hold of, despite being just an absolute fucking meathead, who also reportedly never worked screams money laundering. Trump too, the absolute buffoon. Makes sense they knew each other and were palling around, if they were both working in similar capacities for the same people.
Yeah they are all in the same mafia-intelligence nexus. That started when the CIA war formed, and the OSI’s mafia connections in Europe started growing stronger. And indeed it’s the same group as the safari club, bcci, the “enterprise” from Iran Contra etc.
This goes back to Allen Dulles, Lucky Luciano and Meyer Lanski.
Trump’s mentor was* Roy Cohn, a CIA asset and mob lawyer. Epstein’s mentors were Maxwell and Khashoggi. Spies and arms dealers, connected to Israel military intelligence (not Mossad).
I've seen this writer for a while so I don't know if it's AI written but it reads so much like it is it's incredibly distracting, I feel like I'm losing my mind these days doubting whether or not things are AI generated. I guess it doesn't really matter but this writing style makes me feel nauseous lately.
That’s the core fact that matters: this wasn’t just possession—it was a tool.
That is not how “just a rich pervert” moves. That is how an international criminal or intelligence asset moves.
Because this isn’t just about a passport. It’s about a pattern.
It tells you the concealment wasn’t a late adaptation. It was early architecture.
It is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of a more honest story.
Anyway though I wouldn't doubt he was connected to Mossad/MI6 or another agency, or a go-between for multiple agencies and other wealthy elite.

Good god. I didn't know. I linked it because that is where I first saw the pics; it doesn't have anything of substance otherwise. I've replaced it with an archive of the justice.gov pdf which includes even more pictures.

Because for every person that knows Shaun King is a grifter, there's a 1,000 others that do not.
Hexbears are linking to Yotube vids with AI and Substacks by horrible people. I don't think it's much to ask that this little corner of the internet be at least a wee bit better than Reddit. And what that requires is effort by the posters not to link to such stuff.
Emdash plus "not just X, but Y"
yeahhh
it's incredibly distracting, I feel like I'm losing my mind these days doubting whether or not things are AI generated.
I've had that feeling from Youtube vids posted at Hexbear. I started going into the comments first to see what people had to say. I don't watch that many Youtube vids via Hexbear but in just the last few days I ended up at 3 vids with AI narration. It's very disappointing. I expect more from this site. The most recent vid was trivia about a very silly 1970s comedy movie called "The Big Bus". The voice even had the wonky "p" sound that results from people not quite mic'ing themselves correctly.
After about 4 minutes I had had enough. The narration was like milk that seemed okay but left a spoiled aftertaste. And as time goes on and AI starts to make more and more of stuff we'll end up questioning everything. How many facts are fake? How much text is fake? How many of the images are fake? Of course right now on the fly AI can't generate fake 1970s-like movie footage. I knew "The Big Bus" footage was real. But years from now AI surely be able to make up all sorts of seemingly real nonsense after the "creator" types a bit and pushes some buttons.
AI could make up something seemingly real like the "The Huge Plane" an entirely fake 1970s comedy with fake details like "starring Burt Reynolds" and then show Reynolds in some scenes.
I don't know if it's AI written but I found it rather repetitive.
It's so obviously AI it hurts. Real people very rarely use "It's not x, it's y" sentence construction. AI fucking spams that shit.
It's either AI or it's someone who has read so much AI slop that they have basically turned their brain into ChatGPT
I don't think it's that rare for people to use that sentence structure, but it's insane just how frequently AI uses it. I have to wonder if it's another case of AI inbreeding at this point.
It does have the hallmarks of AI text or someone who spends most of their time writing clapbacks on social media, which you know, one learned from the other.
100% AI
Either way it's a lot of filler.
