I got curious what the others were, so I fed the document through OCR and machine translation. The other alternatives mentioned are A: "the population remaining in Israel and importing the Palestinian Authority rule." and B: "the population remaining in the village and the emergence of local Arab rule."

A group of shared objectives is listed near the top of the document for all of the plans:
