Regime means diet in french, I choose to believe that she really just wanted her brothers to eat healthier.
in Russian режим can also mean "sleep schedule" (short for режим сна), so maybe she wanted them to have a better sleep schedule

The gusano has returned to its natural habitat, the dirt.
They make this whole narrative about how 'she was in danger as a result of the activities of her brothers', but sneakily fail to state the actual danger she was in was mainly the old Batista regime supporters who might target her.
And further, despite in another article claiming she 'fled' Cuba, she now apparently takes a leisurely 6-12 months between being 'warned' that the Cuban intelligence was after her and taking freely available transport out of the country.
It's clear that the Cuban government never intended to do anything to her, despite working for the most evil government agency. But it's such a spun story.
Why would you do that
The CIA is the most evil organisation to have ever existed and anyone who works for them is always the bad guy.
